Patrick Anthony Béliard
Patrick Anthony Béliard is the President of Fatima Group. His expertise in transportation services includes a distinguished career in consolidation services, transportation of full containers, ship brokerage, vessel agency and stevedoring services for over 30 years. Patrick is credited with bringing six of Fatima Group’s key businesses under a single entity.
Born and raised in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, Patrick attended the Florida Memorial College School of Business Administration and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Patrick has always had a strong desire to contribute to the economic development of his beloved Haiti via volunteer work and humanitarian efforts.
For the past 15 years, Reginald Béliard has been a key player in the development of marketing strategies for major corporations including Starbucks, Ameriquest Mortgage, Wrigley’s and Monster Energy. But working for the family’s business has been the most rewarding and challenging experience. Reginald has been able to share his years of international business and marketing expertise with Fatima Group.
In partnership with other members of Fatima Group, Reginald continues to be diligent and determined in delivering unparalleled customer service to customers, suppliers, and partners.
Richard Dubin co-founded the first container line from Miami to Cap-Haïtien, Haiti Shipping Lines, in 2001. Richard also created one of the largest independent ship agencies in the Miami River with Caribbean Ship Services.
Richard’s extensive knowledge in the shipping world has enabled him to bring invaluable expertise to Fatima Group.
Richard is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a post-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Tamara B. Rodriguez
Chief Financial Officer
Tamara Rodriguez serves as the CFO for Fatima Group and oversees day-to-day operations of every company of the Group. An accomplished financial professional, she was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Tamara was born in Haiti and raised in Miami, where she attended the University of Miami and received Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting.
Tamara is a Founding Member of “A Day with Santa,” a not-for-profit organization that raises funds and distributes toys to over 5,000 underprivileged Haitian children annually.
Catherine Margareth B. Bell
Catherine Margareth Béliard (Maguy) is both an executive at Fatima Group and the General Manager of our hotel Habitation Jouissant. She is the woman behind the smiling face that greets most HabJo guests as they walk through its doors.
Prior to her role at Fatima Group, Maguy was the Manager of BNP (Banque Nationale de Paris) Cap-Haïtien for 12 years. Prior to BNP, she served as President of FHAF (Fonds Haitian d’Aide a la Femme), a USAID project which provided bank credit for women, from 1986 to 1996.
